ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶಿವನ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯ ಮತ್ತು ದೈವತ್ವವನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ದೇವೇಂದ್ರನಿಂದ ಹಿಡಿದು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ದೇವರುಗಳ ಕಿರೀಟಗಳಿಂದ ಉದುರಿದ ಹೂವಿನ ಧೂಳಿನಿಂದ ಆವೃತವಾದ ಶಿವನ ಎಡಭಾಗವನ್ನು ಹೊಗಳುತ್ತದೆ, ಸರ್ಪಗಳ ರಾಜನ ಹಾರದಿಂದ ಅಲಂಕರಿಸಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಜಟಾಜೂಟ ಮತ್ತು ಚಂದ್ರನನ್ನು ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಶಿವನು ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿಗಾಗಿ ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ನೆಲೆಸಲಿ ಎಂದು ಪ್ರಾರ್ಥಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಸಾವಿರ ಕಣ್ಣುಗಳುಳ್ಳ ದೇವೇಂದ್ರನೇ ಮೊದಲಾದ ದೇವತೆಗಳ ಮುಕುಟಗಳಿಂದ ಉದುರಿದ ಹೂವಿನ ಧೂಳಿನಿಂದ ಬೂದು ಬಣ್ಣವಾಗಿರುವ ಶಿವನ ಎಡಭಾಗವು ಕಂಗೊಳಿಸುತ್ತಿದೆ. ಸರ್ಪಗಳ ರಾಜನ ಹಾರದಿಂದ ಕಟ್ಟಲ್ಪಟ್ಟ ಜಟಾಜೂಟವುಳ್ಳ, ಚಂದ್ರನನ್ನು ತನ್ನ ತಲೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಧರಿಸಿರುವ ಶಿವನು ಶಾಶ್ವತವಾಗಿ ಸಂಪತ್ತಿಗಾಗಿ ಇರಲಿ.

ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶಿವನ ಭವ್ಯತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಶಕ್ತಿಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ, ಆತನ ದೈವಿಕ ಸೌಂದರ್ಯವನ್ನು ವರ್ಣಿಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಶಿವನ ಕರುಣೆ ಮತ್ತು ರಕ್ಷಣಾತ್ಮಕ ಸ್ವಭಾವವನ್ನು ಸೂಚಿಸುತ್ತದೆ, ಆತನನ್ನು ಪೂಜಿಸುವ ಭಕ್ತರಿಗೆ ಸಮೃದ್ಧಿ ಮತ್ತು ಯೋಗಕ್ಷೇಮವನ್ನು ತರುತ್ತದೆ.
