तनोति बुद्धिवासनामनोभिलाषपूरणं करोतु मामयि क्षयक्षयाय सम्मुखे शिवः ॥

ಅನಲ್ಪಕಲ್ಪವಲ್ಲೀಸಕಲಪ್ರಸೂನಜಾಲಿಕಾ- ಕುಸುಮಾಂಜಲಿಸ್ಥಿತೇ ಪದಾರವಿಂದಕಾಂತಿಭೇ ।

ತನೋತಿ ಬುದ್ಧಿವಾಸನಾಮನೋಭಿಲಾಷಪೂರಣಂ ಕರೋತು ಮಾಮಯಿ ಕ್ಷಯಕ್ಷಯಾಯ ಸಮ್ಮುಖೇ ಶಿವಃ ॥

Meaning

ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಶಿವನ ಭಕ್ತಿಗೆ ಒಂದು ಪ್ರಮುಖ ಸ್ತೋತ್ರವಾಗಿದೆ. ಇದು ಶಿವನ ಶಕ್ತಿ ಮತ್ತು ಕರುಣೆಯನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿಹೇಳುತ್ತದೆ. ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವನ್ನು ಪಠಿಸುವುದರಿಂದ ಬುದ್ಧಿ, ಆಸೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಇಚ್ಛೆಗಳು ಪೂರೈಸಲ್ಪಡುತ್ತವೆ ಎಂದು ನಂಬಲಾಗಿದೆ.

ಹೇ ಶಿವನೇ, ಕಲ್ಪವೃಕ್ಷದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ಹೂವುಗಳ ರಾಶಿಯಂತೆ ಇರುವ, ಹೂಗಳಿಂದ ತುಂಬಿದ ಅಂಜಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಾರವಿಂದದ ಕಾಂತಿಯು, ನನ್ನ ಬುದ್ಧಿ, ಆಸೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಇಚ್ಛೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಲಿ. ಮತ್ತು ನಾಶವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವ ನೀನು ನನ್ನೆದುರಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗು.

ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕದಲ್ಲಿ, ಭಕ್ತನು ಶಿವನ ಪಾದಗಳನ್ನು ಸ್ತುತಿಸುತ್ತಾನೆ, ಅವು ಕಲ್ಪವೃಕ್ಷದ ಹೂವುಗಳಂತೆ ಇವೆ. ಆ ಪಾದಗಳ ಕಾಂತಿಯು ಬುದ್ಧಿ, ಆಸೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಇಚ್ಛೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸುತ್ತದೆ. ಶಿವನು ನಾಶವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವವನು, ಮತ್ತು ಅವನು ಭಕ್ತನಿಗೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗುತ್ತಾನೆ.

ಕಲ್ಪವೃಕ್ಷದ ಸಮೃದ್ಧ ಬಳ್ಳಿಯ ಎಲ್ಲ ಹೂವುಗಳ ಸಮೂಹದಿಂದ ಕೂಡಿದ ಹೂಗಳ ಅಂಜಲಿಯಲ್ಲಿರುವ ನಿನ್ನ ಪಾದಾರವಿಂದದ ಕಾಂತಿಗೆ (ನಮಸ್ಕಾರ).

To the radiance of your lotus-like feet, which are situated in the offering of flowers, resembling a network of all the blossoms from the abundant Kalpavalli creeper.

Meaning

ನನ್ನ ಬುದ್ಧಿ, ಆಸೆಗಳು, ಮತ್ತು ಮನಸ್ಸಿನ ಇಚ್ಛೆಗಳನ್ನು ಪೂರೈಸಿ, ಮತ್ತು ನಾಶವನ್ನು ನಾಶಮಾಡುವ ಹೇ ಶಿವನೇ, ನನ್ನ ಮುಂದೆ ಪ್ರತ್ಯಕ್ಷನಾಗು.
