Meaning / Summary¶

આ શ્લોક દેવી દુર્ગાની શક્તિ અને સુંદરતાનું વર્ણન કરે છે. તે ભક્તોને દેવીના આશીર્વાદ મેળવવા અને તેમના દુઃખોને દૂર કરવા માટે પ્રેરણા આપે છે.

હે જગદંબા, હે મા, કદંબના વનમાં વાસ કરનારી, હાસ્યમાં રમણ કરનારી, પર્વતોના શિખરોના રત્નોથી નિર્મળ શૃંગો પર ઝૂલતી આકૃતિવાળી, મધુર મધ જેવી, મધુ અને કૈટભને હણનારી, દૈત્યોનો નાશ કરનારી, દુઃખોને હરનારી, હે મહિષાસુરનો નાશ કરનારી, સુંદર જટાવાળી, પર્વતની પુત્રી, જય હો, જય હો.
