The Shloka¶

सहस बदन तुह्मारो जस गावैं ।

अस कहि श्रीपति कण्ठ लगावैं ॥

Sahas badan tumhāro jas gāvaiṁ,

As kahi śrīpati kaṇṭha lagāvaiṁ.

इस श्लोक में, तुलसीदास जी कहते हैं कि हजार मुख वाले भी हनुमान जी की महिमा का वर्णन करते हैं, और यह सुनकर श्री राम ने उन्हें गले लगा लिया।

हे हनुमान जी, आपके हजार मुख वाले भी आपके यश का गान करते हैं। ऐसा कहकर श्री राम ने आपको गले लगाया।

यह श्लोक हनुमान जी की महानता और भगवान राम के प्रति उनके प्रेम को दर्शाता है। यह हनुमान जी की भक्ति और शक्ति की प्रशंसा करता है।

In this verse, Tulsidas says that even those with a thousand faces sing the glory of Hanuman, and upon hearing this, Lord Rama embraced him.

O Hanuman, even those with a thousand faces sing of your glory. Saying this, Lord Rama embraced you.
