Meaning

यह श्लोक दुर्योधन की असुरक्षा और भीष्म पितामह पर उसकी अत्यधिक निर्भरता को दर्शाता है। यह भी दिखाता है कि वह भीष्म को अपनी सेना का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण स्तंभ मानता था और उनकी सुरक्षा को सर्वोपरि मानता था। यह श्लोक युद्ध के प्रारंभिक तनाव और दुर्योधन की रणनीति को भी उजागर करता है।

सभी मोर्चों पर, अपनी-अपनी स्थिति में स्थित रहते हुए, आप सब निश्चित रूप से भीष्म की ही सब ओर से रक्षा करें।

दुर्योधन अपने सभी सेनानायकों को आदेश देता है कि वे अपने-अपने मोर्चों पर स्थित रहते हुए, विशेष रूप से भीष्म पितामह की हर प्रकार से रक्षा करें, क्योंकि वे ही उनकी सेना के प्रधान सेनापति हैं।

दुर्योधन अपने सेनापतियों और योद्धाओं को संबोधित करते हुए कहता है कि आप सभी अपनी-अपनी नियुक्त स्थिति पर, चाहे वह कोई भी मोर्चा हो, जहाँ भी आप खड़े हैं, वहाँ से भीष्म पितामह की ही सब ओर से भली-भाँति रक्षा करें। दुर्योधन को भीष्म की सुरक्षा की अत्यधिक चिंता थी, क्योंकि वह जानते थे कि भीष्म ही उनकी सेना के सबसे बड़े और महत्वपूर्ण योद्धा तथा प्रधान सेनापति हैं। उनकी सुरक्षा युद्ध में कौरवों की सफलता के लिए अत्यंत आवश्यक थी।

इस श्लोक से जुड़ी कोई विशिष्ट स्वतंत्र कहानी नहीं है। यह महाभारत के युद्ध के आरंभिक भाग का हिस्सा है, जहाँ दुर्योधन अपनी सेना को संबोधित कर रहा है। वह अपनी सेना को यह निर्देश देता है कि भीष्म पितामह, जो कौरव सेना के प्रधान सेनापति थे, उनकी हर कीमत पर रक्षा की जाए। यह दुर्योधन के मन में भीष्म के प्रति आदर और साथ ही उनकी सुरक्षा को लेकर उसकी चिंता को दर्शाता है, क्योंकि भीष्म ही उसकी जीत की सबसे बड़ी आशा थे।

अपनी-अपनी स्थिति के अनुसार, अपने-अपने भाग के अनुसार।. ‘यथाभागम्’ का अर्थ है ‘जिस भाग में’ या ‘जिस स्थिति में’ प्रत्येक सैनिक या सेनापति को नियुक्त किया गया है। यह उनकी निर्दिष्ट भूमिका और स्थान को संदर्भित करता है।		According to one’s respective position, as per one’s assigned division.. ‘Yathābhāgam’ signifies ‘according to one’s share’ or ‘as per one’s assigned position’. It refers to the specific role, division, or location where each soldier or commander has been deployed.
अवस्थिताः		avasthitāḥ
स्थित, तैनात, खड़े हुए।. यह शब्द उन सैनिकों को संदर्भित करता है जो पहले से ही युद्ध के लिए अपने-अपने निर्धारित स्थानों पर तैनात हैं।		Stationed, positioned, situated.. This word refers to the soldiers who are already deployed and positioned at their designated locations for the battle.
