Meaning / Summary¶
ఈ శ్లోకం శరీరానికి, ఆత్మకు మధ్య ఉన్న సంబంధాన్ని వివరిస్తుంది. మరియు ఆత్మజ్ఞానం యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యతను తెలియజేస్తుంది.
ఓ భారతా! అన్ని క్షేత్రములలో క్షేత్రజ్ఞునిగా నన్ను తెలుసుకో. క్షేత్రము మరియు క్షేత్రజ్ఞుల యొక్క జ్ఞానమే నిజమైన జ్ఞానమని నా అభిప్రాయం.
అర్జునా, అన్ని శరీరములలో ఆత్మను నేనే అని తెలుసుకో. శరీరము మరియు ఆత్మల గురించిన జ్ఞానమే నిజమైన జ్ఞానము.
ఓ అర్జునా (భారతా)! ప్రతి శరీరంలోను (క్షేత్రం) ఉండే ఆత్మను (క్షేత్రజ్ఞుడు) నేనే అని తెలుసుకో. శరీరము గురించి, ఆత్మ గురించి తెలుసుకోవడమే నిజమైన జ్ఞానం. శరీరానికి, ఆత్మకు మధ్య ఉన్న భేదాన్ని తెలుసుకోవడమే జ్ఞానం అని నా అభిప్రాయం.
This verse explains the relationship between the body and the soul and highlights the importance of self-realization.
O Bharata, know Me to be the Knower of the field in all fields. The knowledge of the field and its Knower, in My opinion, is true knowledge.
Arjuna, know Me as the knower of the field in all fields. The knowledge of both the field and the knower of the field is true knowledge.
O Arjuna (Bharata), understand that I am the supreme knower (Kshetragna) residing within every body (Kshetra). According to me, the true knowledge is to understand the difference between the body and the soul, the field and the knower of the field.
