श्रीभगवानुवाच ।

मय्यावेश्य मनो ये मां नित्ययुक्ता उपासते ।

श्रद्धया परयोपेताः ते मे युक्ततमा मताः ॥

శ్రీభగవానువాచ ।

మయ్య్యవేశ్య మనో యే మాం నిత్యయుక్తా ఉపాసతే ।

శ్రద్ధయా పరయోపేతాః తే మే యుక్తతమా మతాః ॥

mayy āveśya mano ye māṁ nitya-yuktā upāsate।

śraddhayā parayopetāḥ te me yuktatamā matāḥ ॥

ఈ శ్లోకం భగవంతునిపై మనస్సును నిలపడం, నిరంతర సాధన, మరియు విశ్వాసం యొక్క ప్రాముఖ్యతను తెలుపుతుంది. భగవంతునిపై మనస్సును నిలిపి, శ్రద్ధతో ఆరాధించేవారు ఉత్తమమైన యోగులని చెప్పబడింది.

శ్రీ భగవంతుడు ఇలా అన్నాడు: నన్ను మనస్సులో నిలుపుకొని, నిత్యం నాతో ఐక్యమై, గొప్ప విశ్వాసంతో నన్ను ఆరాధించే భక్తులు, యోగమును బాగా తెలిసినవారుగా నాచే భావించబడతారు.

శ్రీకృష్ణుడు తనపై మనస్సు నిలిపి, నిత్యం తనతో ఐక్యమై, శ్రద్ధతో ఆరాధించే భక్తులు యోగవేత్తలలో ఉత్తమమైనవారని చెబుతున్నాడు.

శ్రీకృష్ణుడు అర్జునుడికి చెబుతున్నాడు: ఓ అర్జునా, ఎవరైతే తమ మనస్సును నాపై నిలిపి, నిరంతరం నాతో అనుసంధానమై, గొప్ప శ్రద్ధతో నన్ను ఆరాధిస్తారో, వారు యోగవేత్తలలో ఉత్తమమైనవారుగా నేను భావిస్తాను. అంటే, నన్ను ధ్యానిస్తూ, నాపై మనస్సును లగ్నం చేసి, నన్ను విశ్వాసంతో పూజించేవారు నాకు అత్యంత ప్రియమైనవారు.

This shloka highlights the importance of fixing one’s mind on the Lord, constant practice, and unwavering faith. It emphasizes that those who focus their minds on the Lord and worship Him with devotion are the most accomplished in Yoga.

The Blessed Lord said: Those who, fixing their minds on Me, worship Me, ever steadfast and endowed with supreme faith, are deemed by Me to be the best versed in Yoga.

Lord Krishna says that the devotees who fix their minds on Him, remain constantly united with Him, and worship Him with faith are considered the best among those who practice Yoga.

Lord Krishna explains to Arjuna that those devotees who fix their minds on Him, remain constantly united with Him, and worship Him with unwavering faith are considered by Him to be the most perfect in Yoga. In other words, those who meditate on Him, focus their minds on Him, and worship Him with faith are dearest to Him.
