श्रीभगवानुवाच ।

परं भूयः प्रवक्ष्यामि ज्ञानानां ज्ञानमुत्तमम् ।

यज्ज्ञात्वा मुनयः सर्वे परां सिद्धिमितो गताः ॥

பரம் பூய: ப்ரவக்ஷ்யாமி ஜ்ஞானானாம் ஜ்ஞானமுத்தமம் ।

யஜ்ஜ்ஞாத்வா முனய: ஸர்வே பராம் ஸித்திமிதோ கதா: ॥

paraṁ bhūyaḥ pravakṣyāmi jñānānāṁ jñānam uttamam ।

yaj jñātvā munayaḥ sarve parāṁ siddhim ito gatāḥ ॥

Meaning / Summary

இந்த ஸ்லோகம், ஞானத்தின் முக்கியத்துவத்தையும், அதை அடைவதன் மூலம் முக்தி கிடைக்கும் என்பதையும் வலியுறுத்துகிறது. கிருஷ்ணர், மிக உயர்ந்த ஞானத்தை உபதேசிக்க முன்வருவதன் மூலம், அர்ஜுனனுக்கு மட்டுமல்ல, அனைத்து மானுடத்திற்கும் முக்தி மார்க்கத்தை காட்டுகிறார்.

ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ணர் கூறுகிறார்: அறிவுகளிலெல்லாம் மிக உயர்ந்ததான ஞானத்தை மீண்டும் உனக்குக் கூறுகிறேன். அதை அறிந்த முனிவர்கள் அனைவரும் இந்த உலகிலிருந்து விடுதலை பெற்று உயர்ந்த நிலையை அடைந்தார்கள்.

ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ணர், அறிவுகளிலெல்லாம் உயர்ந்த ஞானத்தை அர்ஜுனனுக்கு மீண்டும் உபதேசிக்கிறேன் என்றும், அதை அறிந்த முனிவர்கள் விடுதலை பெற்றார்கள் என்றும் கூறுகிறார்.

ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ணர் அர்ஜுனனிடம் கூறுகிறார்: நான் உனக்கு ஏற்கனவே பல ஞானங்களை உபதேசித்து இருக்கிறேன். இருப்பினும், ஞானங்கள் அனைத்திலும் மிக உயர்ந்த ஞானத்தை மீண்டும் ஒருமுறை உனக்கு எடுத்துரைக்கிறேன். இந்த ஞானத்தை முழுமையாக உணர்ந்த முனிவர்கள் அனைவரும் இந்த பிறப்பு இறப்பு சுழற்சியிலிருந்து விடுபட்டு, பரமபதத்தை அடைந்தார்கள்.

This verse emphasizes the importance of knowledge and that liberation is attained through it. By offering to impart the supreme knowledge, Krishna shows the path of liberation not only to Arjuna but to all humanity.

The Supreme Lord said: I shall again explain to you that supreme knowledge, the best of all knowledge, knowing which all the sages attained supreme perfection after departing from this world.

Lord Krishna says that he will again impart the supreme knowledge, the best of all knowledge, and that the sages who attained it achieved liberation.

Lord Krishna says to Arjuna: I will again declare to you that transcendental knowledge, which is supreme among all kinds of knowledge. Having understood this, all the sages attained the highest perfection, liberation from the cycle of birth and death, after leaving this mortal world.

श्री		ஶ்ரீ		śrī
ஸ்ரீ			The Supreme Illustrious, fortunate, prosperous. It denotes auspiciousness.
भगवान्		பகவான்		bhagavān
பகவான் எல்லா பெருமைகளையும் உடையவர், இறைவன்.			Lord The possessor of all opulence, strength, fame, beauty, knowledge, and renunciation.

கூறினார்			said

மீண்டும் மேலானதும், அறிவுகளிலெல்லாம் உத்தமமானதுமான ஞானத்தை உனக்குக் கூறுகிறேன்.

I shall again explain to you that supreme knowledge, the best of all knowledge.

மேலான உயர்ந்த, மிகச் சிறந்த.			supreme transcendental, the highest.
भूयः		பூய:		bhūyaḥ
மீண்டும் இன்னொரு முறை, மறுபடியும்.			again further, once more.
प्रवक्ष्यामि		ப்ரவக்ஷ்யாமி		pravakṣyāmi
கூறுகிறேன் சொல்கிறேன், எடுத்துரைக்கிறேன்.			I shall explain I shall declare, I will speak of.
ज्ञानानां		ஜ்ஞானானாம்		jñānānāṁ
அறிவுகளின் ஞானங்களின்.			of all kinds of knowledge.
ज्ञानम्		ஜ்ஞானம்		jñānam
ஞானம் அறிவு.			knowledge wisdom, understanding.
उत्तमम्		உத்தமம்		uttamam
உத்தமமானது மிகச் சிறந்தது, உயர்ந்தது.			the best the highest, the most excellent.

எதை அறிந்து முனிவர்கள் அனைவரும் இந்த உலகிலிருந்து சென்று உயர்ந்த நிலையை அடைந்தார்கள்.

உயர்ந்த மேலான, மிகச் சிறந்த.			supreme
सिद्धिम्		ஸித்திம்		siddhim
சித்தி பூரணத்துவம், நிறைவான நிலை.			perfection success, accomplishment, the state of being perfect.
इतः		இத:		itaḥ
இங்கிருந்து இந்த உலகிலிருந்து.			from here, from this world.
गताः		கதா:		gatāḥ
அடைந்தார்கள் சென்றார்கள், பெற்றார்கள்.			attained went, reached, obtained.
