श्रीभगवानुवाच ।

इदं तु ते गुह्यतमं प्रवक्ष्याम्यनसूयवे ।

ज्ञानं विज्ञानसहितं यज्ज्ञात्वा मोक्ष्यसेऽशुभात् ॥

இதம் து தே குஹ்யதமம் ப்ரவக்ஷ்யாம்யனஸூயவே ।

ஜ்ஞானம் விஜ்ஞானஸஹிதம் யஜ்ஜ்ஞாத்வா மோக்ஷ்யஸே ஶுபாத் ॥

Meaning / Summary

இந்த ஸ்லோகம், தூய்மையான மனதுடனும், பொறாமையின்றி இருப்பவர்களுக்கே உயர்ந்த ஞானம் கிடைக்கும் என்பதையும், அந்த ஞானத்தின் மூலம் துன்பங்களிலிருந்து விடுதலை பெறலாம் என்பதையும் உணர்த்துகிறது.

ஸ்ரீ பகவான் கூறுகிறார்: பொறாமை இல்லாத உனக்கு, இந்த மிக ரகசியமான ஞானத்தை நான் உரைப்பேன். அதை அறிவதன் மூலம், நீ துன்பத்திலிருந்து விடுபடுவாய்.

பகவான் கிருஷ்ணர் அர்ஜுனனுக்கு பொறாமை இல்லாததால், மிக ரகசியமான ஞானத்தை அனுபவத்துடன் உரைக்கிறேன். இதை அறிவதன் மூலம், துன்பத்திலிருந்து விடுபடலாம் என்று கூறுகிறார்.

ஸ்ரீ கிருஷ்ணர் அர்ஜுனனுக்கு உபதேசிக்கும்போது, “அர்ஜுனா, நீ என்னிடம் பொறாமை கொள்ளாததால், மிக ரகசியமானதும், உயர்ந்ததுமான ஞானத்தை உனக்குக் கூறுகிறேன். இந்த ஞானத்தை நீ உண்மையாகப் புரிந்து கொண்டால், பிறப்பு மற்றும் இறப்புச் சுழற்சியிலிருந்து விடுபட்டு, நிலையான ஆனந்தத்தை அடைவாய்,” என்கிறார். பகவான் இங்கே ‘அனசூயவே’ என்று குறிப்பிடுவது, அர்ஜுனன் மீது கிருஷ்ணருக்கு இருக்கும் நம்பிக்கையையும், அர்ஜுனனின் மனத்தூய்மையையும் காட்டுகிறது. இந்த ஞானம் சாதாரணமானவர்களுக்குப் புரியாதது, தகுதியானவர்களுக்கே உரியது என்பதையும் இது உணர்த்துகிறது.

This verse emphasizes that only those with a pure heart, free from envy, are qualified to receive and understand the highest knowledge, which leads to liberation from suffering.

The Supreme Lord said: To you who are free from envy, I shall now impart this most confidential knowledge, together with realization. By knowing this, you shall be released from the miseries of material existence.

Lord Krishna tells Arjuna that because he is free from envy, He will impart the most confidential knowledge along with its realization, by knowing which one can be liberated from suffering.

Lord Krishna says to Arjuna, “Because you are not envious of Me, I shall reveal to you this most confidential knowledge, along with the practical realization of it. By understanding this knowledge, you will be liberated from all suffering and the cycle of birth and death.” The word ‘anasuyave’ (free from envy) is crucial here. It signifies that Arjuna is a worthy recipient of this profound knowledge because he possesses a pure heart and doesn’t doubt or resent Krishna’s words. This knowledge is not for everyone, but only for those who are receptive and qualified.

अनसूयवे		அனசூயவே		anasūyave
பொறாமை இல்லாதவருக்கு பொறாமை இல்லாத உனக்கு, கிருஷ்ணர் மீது வெறுப்பு இல்லாத அர்ஜுனனுக்கு.			To the non-envious To one who is free from envy, referring to Arjuna, who does not begrudge Krishna.

அனுபவத்துடன் கூடிய ஞானத்தை அறிவதன் மூலம், நீ துன்பத்திலிருந்து விடுபடுவாய்.

This knowledge, together with realization, knowing which you shall be released from misfortune.

விடுதலை பெறுவாய் விடுதலை அடைவாய், விடுபடுவாய்.			You shall be released You will be liberated, freed.
