हा श्लोक दैवी गुणधर्म अंगीकारण्याचे महत्त्व दर्शवतो, जे आध्यात्मिक प्रगतीसाठी आवश्यक आहेत.

हे भारता, तेज, क्षमा, धृती, पवित्रता, द्रोह न करणे आणि स्वतःचा मोठेपणा न मानणे, हे दैवी संपदा घेऊन जन्माला आलेल्या मनुष्याचे गुण आहेत.

या श्लोकात दैवी संपत्ती असलेल्या व्यक्तींचे गुण सांगितले आहेत - तेज, क्षमा, धृती, पवित्रता, वैरभाव नसणे आणि अहंकार नसणे.

या श्लोकात भगवान श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुनाला दैवी संपत्तीने युक्त असलेल्या व्यक्तीमध्ये कोणते गुण असतात हे सांगतात. हे अर्जुना, ज्या व्यक्ती दैवी स्वभाव घेऊन जन्माला येतात, त्यांच्यामध्ये तेज (सामर्थ्य), क्षमा (माफी करण्याची वृत्ती), धृती (धैर्य), शौच (पवित्रता), कोणालाही न दुखवणे आणि स्वतःला श्रेष्ठ न मानण्याची भावना हे गुण स्वाभाविकपणे असतात.

क्षमा म्हणजे माफ करण्याची वृत्ती, सहनशीलता, अपराध विसरण्याची क्षमता.		Forgiveness means the ability to pardon, to excuse offenses, to show mercy, tolerance, and compassion.
