श्रीभगवानुवाच ।

भूय एव महाबाहो श‍ृणु मे परमं वचः ।

यत्तेऽहं प्रीयमाणाय वक्ष्यामि हितकाम्यया ॥

Meaning / Summary

हा श्लोक भगवंतांच्या भक्तांवरील प्रेमाचे आणि त्यांना ज्ञान देण्याच्या इच्छेचे महत्त्व दर्शवतो. तसेच, हे ज्ञान प्राप्त करण्यासाठी पात्रता आणि भक्ती आवश्यक आहे हे स्पष्ट होते.

श्री भगवान म्हणाले: हे महाबाहो अर्जुना, तू माझा प्रिय आहेस, म्हणून मी तुला अत्यंत हितकारक असे माझे परम रहस्यमय वचन पुन्हा सांगतो, ते ऐक.

या श्लोकात भगवान श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुनाला त्याच्या हितासाठी अत्यंत गुप्त ज्ञान पुन्हा एकदा सांगण्याची इच्छा व्यक्त करतात, कारण अर्जुन त्यांचा प्रिय भक्त आहे.

भगवान श्रीकृष्ण अर्जुनाला म्हणतात, “हे अर्जुना, तू माझा परम भक्त आणि सखा आहेस. तुझ्यावर प्रेम असल्यामुळे, मी तुला अत्यंत गुप्त आणि कल्याणकारी असे ज्ञान पुन्हा एकदा सांगणार आहे. तू ते लक्षपूर्वक ऐक.” या श्लोकात भगवान अर्जुनाबद्दलचा स्नेह आणि त्याला ज्ञान देण्याची उत्सुकता दर्शवतात.

This verse highlights the importance of the Lord’s love for his devotees and his willingness to impart knowledge to them. It also emphasizes the necessity of qualification and devotion to receive this knowledge.

The Supreme Lord said: Again, O mighty-armed Arjuna, listen to My supreme word, which I shall speak to you, being pleased with you, for your welfare.

In this verse, Lord Krishna expresses his desire to impart the supreme knowledge to Arjuna again, for his benefit, because Arjuna is his dear devotee.

Lord Krishna says to Arjuna, “O mighty-armed Arjuna, because you are dear to Me, I will again speak to you My supreme and most confidential words, which are for your ultimate benefit. Listen carefully.” This verse highlights Krishna’s affection for Arjuna and his desire to impart profound knowledge to him.
