श्रीभगवानुवाच ।

मय्यावेश्य मनो ये मां नित्ययुक्ता उपासते ।

श्रद्धया परयोपेताः ते मे युक्ततमा मताः ॥

ശ്രീ ഭഗവാനുവാച ।

മയ്യാവേഷ്യ മനോ യേ മാം നിത്യയുക്താ ഉപാസതേ ।

ശ്രദ്ധയാ പരയോപേതാഃ തേ മേ യുക്തതമാ മതാഃ ॥

mayy āveśya mano ye māṁ nitya-yuktā upāsate ।

śraddhayā parayopetāḥ te me yuktatamā matāḥ ॥

Meaning / Summary¶

ഈ ശ്ലോകം ഭഗവാനിൽ പൂർണ്ണമായി സമർപ്പിച്ച്, ശ്രദ്ധയോടും വിശ്വാസത്തോടും കൂടി ഉപാസിക്കുന്നതിന്റെ പ്രാധാന്യം എടുത്തു കാണിക്കുന്നു.

ശ്രീ ഭഗവാൻ പറഞ്ഞു: എന്നിൽ മനസ്സ് ഉറപ്പിച്ച്, എന്നെത്തന്നെ ലക്ഷ്യമാക്കി എപ്പോഴും യോഗയുക്തരായി ഉപാസിക്കുന്ന ഭക്തർ, ഏറ്റവും വലിയ വിശ്വാസത്തോടുകൂടി എന്നെ ആരാധിക്കുന്നവർ, അവരാണ് എന്റെ അഭിപ്രായത്തിൽ ഏറ്റവും ഉത്തമർ.

ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ അർജ്ജുനനോട് തന്നിൽ മനസ്സ് ഉറപ്പിച്ച്, വിശ്വാസത്തോടെ ഉപാസിക്കുന്ന ഭക്തന്മാരാണ് ഉത്തമരെന്ന് പറയുന്നു.

ഈ ശ്ലോകത്തിൽ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ അർജ്ജുനനോട് തന്നിൽ മനസ്സ് ഉറപ്പിച്ച്, മറ്റു ചിന്തകളില്ലാതെ, യോഗയുക്തരായി തന്നെ ഉപാസിക്കുന്ന ഭക്തന്മാരെക്കുറിച്ചാണ് പറയുന്നത്. അത്തരം ഭക്തന്മാർക്ക് തന്നോടുള്ള വിശ്വാസം അളവറ്റതാണ്. അവരാണ് മറ്റുള്ളവരെക്കാൾ ശ്രേഷ്ഠരെന്ന് ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ പറയുന്നു.

This verse highlights the importance of surrendering completely to the Lord and worshiping Him with devotion and faith.

The Blessed Lord said: Those who, fixing their minds on Me, worship Me, ever steadfast and endowed with supreme faith, are deemed by Me to be the best yogis.

Lord Krishna tells Arjuna that those devotees who fix their minds on Him and worship Him with faith are the best.

In this verse, Lord Krishna tells Arjuna about the devotees who fix their minds on Him, without other thoughts, and constantly worship Him with unwavering faith. Krishna says that such devotees, with their immeasurable faith in Him, are superior to others.
