കിം തദ് ബ്രഹ്മ കിമധ്യാത്മം കിം കർമ്മ പുരുഷോത്തമ।

Meaning / Summary¶
ഈ ശ്ലോകം ഭഗവദ്ഗീതയിലെ പ്രധാനപ്പെട്ട ചോദ്യങ്ങളിൽ ഒന്നാണ്. ഇതിലൂടെ അർജ്ജുനൻ, കൃഷ്ണനിൽ നിന്നും തത്ത്വങ്ങളെക്കുറിച്ച് കൂടുതൽ അറിയാൻ ശ്രമിക്കുന്നു.
അർജ്ജുനൻ ചോദിച്ചു: അല്ലയോ പുരുഷോത്തമ, എന്താണ് ആ ബ്രഹ്മം? എന്താണ് ആധ്യാത്മികം? എന്താണ് കർമ്മം? എന്താണ് അതിഭൂതം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്? എന്താണ് അതിദൈവം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത്?
അർജ്ജുനൻ കൃഷ്ണനോട് ബ്രഹ്മം, ആധ്യാത്മികം, കർമ്മം, അതിഭൂതം, അതിദൈവം എന്നിവ എന്തൊക്കെയാണെന്ന് ചോദിക്കുന്നു.
അർജ്ജുനൻ ഭഗവാനോട് ചോദിക്കുന്നു: അല്ലയോ പുരുഷോത്തമ, അങ്ങ് മുൻ അദ്ധ്യായങ്ങളിൽ പരാമർശിച്ച ബ്രഹ്മം എന്നാൽ എന്താണ്? ആധ്യാത്മികം എന്നാൽ എന്താണ്? കർമ്മം എന്നാൽ എന്താണ്? അതിഭൂതം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് എന്താണ്? അതുപോലെ അതിദൈവം എന്ന് പറയുന്നത് എന്താണ്?
This shloka is one of the important questions in the Bhagavad Gita. Through this, Arjuna tries to learn more about the principles from Krishna.
Arjuna said: O Supreme Person, what is that Brahman? What is the self? What is action? What is called the material manifestation? And what is called the demigods?
Arjuna asks Krishna about Brahman, Adhyatma, Karma, Adhibhuta, and Adhidaiva.
Arjuna asks the Lord: O Purushottama, what is that Brahman You mentioned in the previous chapters? What is adhyatma? What is karma? What is called adhibhuta? And similarly, what is called adhidaiva?
