मय्यासक्तमनाः पार्थ योगं युञ्जन्मदाश्रयः ।

असंशयं समग्रं मां यथा ज्ञास्यसि तच्छृणु ॥

ശ്രീ ഭഗവാനുവാച ।

മയ്യാസക്തമനാഃ പാർത്ത യോഗം യുഞ്ജന്മദാശ്രയഃ ।

അസംശയം സമഗ്രം മാം യഥാ ജ്ഞാസ്യസി തച്ഛൃണു ॥

asaṁśayaṁ samagraṁ māṁ yathā jñāsyasi tac chṛṇu ॥

Meaning / Summary¶

ഈ ശ്ലോകം ഭഗവാനോടുള്ള പൂർണ്ണമായ ഭക്തിയുടെയും സമർപ്പണത്തിൻ്റെയും പ്രാധാന്യം എടുത്തു കാണിക്കുന്നു. ഭഗവാനിൽ മനസ്സ് ഉറപ്പിച്ച് യോഗം അഭ്യസിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ ആത്മീയ ജ്ഞാനം നേടാമെന്ന് ഇത് പറയുന്നു.

ശ്രീ ഭഗവാൻ പറഞ്ഞു: അല്ലയോ അർജ്ജുനാ, എന്നിൽ മനസ്സ് ഉറപ്പിച്ച്, എന്നെത്തന്നെ ആശ്രയിച്ച് യോഗം അഭ്യസിക്കുന്ന നിനക്ക് എന്നെ എങ്ങനെ സംശയമില്ലാതെ പൂർണ്ണമായി അറിയാൻ സാധിക്കുമെന്ന് കേട്ടാലും.

ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ അർജ്ജുനനോട് പറയുന്നു: എന്നിൽ മനസ്സ് ഉറപ്പിച്ച് യോഗം അഭ്യസിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ എന്നെ എങ്ങനെ പൂർണ്ണമായി അറിയാമെന്ന് കേൾക്കുക.

ഈ ശ്ലോകത്തിൽ ശ്രീകൃഷ്ണൻ അർജ്ജുനനോട് തന്നിൽത്തന്നെ മനസ്സ് ഉറപ്പിച്ച്, മറ്റൊന്നും കൂടാതെ ഭഗവാനെ മാത്രം ആശ്രയിച്ച് യോഗം അഭ്യസിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ എങ്ങനെ സംശയമില്ലാതെ പൂർണ്ണമായി അറിയാൻ സാധിക്കുമെന്ന് പറയുന്നു. ഭഗവാനിൽ പൂർണ്ണമായി സമർപ്പിക്കുന്നതിലൂടെ ആത്മീയമായ ഉന്നതി നേടാമെന്നും ഇതിൽ സൂചിപ്പിക്കുന്നു.

This shloka highlights the importance of complete devotion and surrender to the Lord. It states that by fixing the mind on the Lord and practicing yoga, one can attain spiritual knowledge.

The Supreme Lord said: Now listen, O son of Pritha, how by practicing yoga in full consciousness of Me, with your mind attached to Me, you can know Me completely, free from all doubt.

Lord Krishna tells Arjuna: Listen how you can know Me completely by practicing yoga with your mind attached to Me.

In this shloka, Lord Krishna explains to Arjuna how he can know Him completely and without a doubt. This is achieved by practicing yoga with the mind fully focused and attached to the Lord, taking Him as the sole refuge. It emphasizes that complete devotion to the Lord leads to spiritual elevation and perfect knowledge.

എന്നെ ആശ്രയിച്ച് യോഗം അഭ്യസിക്കുമ്പോൾ.

योगं	യോഗം		yogaṁ
യോഗം ആത്മീയമായ ഐക്യം		Yoga Spiritual practice for union with the Divine.
युञ्जन्	യുഞ്ജൻ		yuñjan
അഭ്യാസം ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ		Practicing Engaging in.
मदाश्रयः	മദാശ്രയഃ		mad-āśrayaḥ
എന്നെ ആശ്രയിച്ച് എന്നെ മാത്രം ആശ്രയിച്ച്		Taking refuge in Me Having Me as the sole shelter.

സംശയമില്ലാതെ എന്നെ എങ്ങനെ പൂർണ്ണമായി അറിയാൻ സാധിക്കുമെന്ന് കേട്ടാലും.

How you can know Me completely, free from all doubt, now hear.

असंशयं	അസംശയം		asaṁśayaṁ
സംശയമില്ലാതെ ഒരു സംശയവുമില്ലാതെ		Without doubt Certainly, without any uncertainty.
समग्रं	സമഗ്രം		samagraṁ
