स कालेनेह महता योगो नष्टः परन्तप ॥

ಇದು ಜ್ಞಾನದ ನಿರಂತರತೆಯ ಮಹತ್ವವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತು ಅದನ್ನು ಹೇಗೆ ಸಂರಕ್ಷಿಸಬೇಕು ಎಂಬುದನ್ನು ಎತ್ತಿ ತೋರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಹೀಗೆ, ಗುರು-ಶಿಷ್ಯ ಪರಂಪರೆಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಈ ಯೋಗವು ರಾಜರ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಿತು.

ಈ ಶ್ಲೋಕವು ಯೋಗವು ಹೇಗೆ ಗುರು-ಶಿಷ್ಯ ಪರಂಪರೆಯಿಂದ ರಾಜರ್ಷಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಯಿತು ಎಂದು ವಿವರಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.

ಈ ಯೋಗ ಜ್ಞಾನವು ಗುರು-ಶಿಷ್ಯರ ಸರಣಿಯ ಮೂಲಕ ಬಂದಿದೆ. ಹಿಂದಿನ ಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ, ರಾಜರುಗಳೂ ಋಷಿಗಳೂ ಆಗಿದ್ದ ರಾಜರ್ಷಿಗಳು ಈ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರು. ಅಂದರೆ, ಅವರು ರಾಜ್ಯವನ್ನು ಆಳುತ್ತಾ ಆಧ್ಯಾತ್ಮಿಕ ಜೀವನವನ್ನು ನಡೆಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು ಮತ್ತು ಈ ಜ್ಞಾನವನ್ನು ತಮ್ಮ ನಂತರದ ಪೀಳಿಗೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸುತ್ತಿದ್ದರು.

ಆದರೆ, ಕಾಲಕ್ರಮೇಣ, ಎಲೈ ಪರಂತಪ, ಈ ಯೋಗವು ನಾಶವಾಯಿತು.

But, with the long passage of time, O Parantapa, this Yoga was lost.
