अर्जुन उवाच।

मदनुग्रहाय परमं गुह्यमध्यात्मसंज्ञितम् ।

यत्त्वयोक्तं वचस्तेन मोहोऽयं विगतो मम ॥

Meaning / Summary

यह श्लोक दर्शाता है कि गुरु की कृपा से अज्ञान और मोह का नाश होता है और सत्य का ज्ञान प्राप्त होता है। यह आत्म-ज्ञान के महत्व पर जोर देता है।

अर्जुन ने कहा: मुझ पर अनुग्रह करने के लिए आपने जो परम गोपनीय आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान दिया, उससे मेरा मोह दूर हो गया है।

अर्जुन भगवान कृष्ण को धन्यवाद देते हुए कहता है कि उनके द्वारा दिए गए गोपनीय ज्ञान से उसका मोह दूर हो गया है।

अर्जुन ने भगवान श्रीकृष्ण से कहा: हे प्रभु, मुझ पर कृपा करके आपने जो यह परम गोपनीय, आत्म-ज्ञान से परिपूर्ण उपदेश दिया है, उसके कारण मेरा अज्ञान और मोह अब पूरी तरह से नष्ट हो गया है। मैं आपकी कृपा से सत्य को समझ पाया हूँ।

This verse highlights the significance of divine grace in dispelling ignorance and illusion, leading to the realization of truth. It emphasizes the importance of self-knowledge.

Arjuna said: My illusion is dispelled by the words You have spoken to me out of supreme compassion, revealing this most confidential subject of the self.

Arjuna expresses his gratitude to Lord Krishna, stating that the confidential knowledge imparted by Him has dispelled his illusion.

Arjuna speaks, expressing his gratitude and relief. He acknowledges that the profound and confidential spiritual knowledge imparted by Krishna, out of his causeless mercy, has eradicated Arjuna’s delusion and ignorance. The revelation of the Supreme Divine form and the teachings that accompanied it have clarified Arjuna’s understanding and dispelled his confusion.

मदनुग्रहाय		mad-anugrahāya

आत्म-ज्ञान से युक्त आत्मा के ज्ञान से संबंधित, आध्यात्मिक ज्ञान के रूप में जाना जाने वाला।		designated as knowledge of the self Related to the knowledge of the self, known as spiritual knowledge.
