We end up doing lots of activities in a single day.

  • If you look at its time impact, then they are other urgent and you have to do it right now, or they can be done a little later as well.

  • If we look the importance, they are either important or not that much important.

It’s easy to feel that all urgent tasks are important, but not always. Try to differentiate with due diligence.

We can create a quadrant of these 2 \times 2 = 4 choices, the categorization of the activities is to be put into one of these quadrants.
